The Keep Showing Up Programme

The impact of The Show Them Project shouldn't end when the initial intervention finishes.

A powerful conversation can create an immediate impression, but Keep Showing Up was developed to provide something more — an opportunity for participants to revisit what they have heard, reflect on how it relates to their own lives and continue engaging with those themes over time.

Keep Showing Up is an adaptable digital follow-on programme of structured reflection and personal development, designed to work alongside The Show Them Project across different audiences and environments.

Rather than simply delivering an intervention and walking away, Keep Showing Up creates a continuing journey of reflection, learning and personal development.

A Structured Personal Development Journey

Keep Showing Up is built around six core areas:

• Understanding Choices and Consequences
• Managing Influence and Peer Pressure
• Future Aspirations and Positive Decision-Making
• Empathy and Understanding Lived Experience
• Resilience and Seeking Support
• Personal Growth and Reflection

Participants work through a series of short, guided reflections designed to encourage them to think more deeply about these themes and how they relate to their own experiences, relationships, decisions and future.

However, the programme is deliberately adaptable. Its delivery, language, content and timescale can be shaped around the people and environment we are working with — whether that is education, sport, custodial settings, community organisations or other environments where personal development and prevention can make a difference.

From Reflection to Measurable Impact

Evaluation is built into the wider Show Them Project and Keep Showing Up model.

Anonymous questionnaires are used before the initial intervention, immediately afterwards and again at an agreed later stage, helping us understand participants' starting points, their immediate responses and what has remained with them over time.

Alongside engagement with Keep Showing Up and relevant feedback from the organisation, this creates a much richer picture of what participants have taken from the experience, which messages have resonated and how their thinking may have developed.

The information is brought together and analysed to produce a digital tailored analytical impact report for each organisation we work with, highlighting outcomes, patterns and key themes emerging from the anonymous feedback.

This gives organisations meaningful insight into the intervention and the experiences of their participants. Just as importantly, it gives us the evidence and feedback we need to continually learn, improve and evolve The Show Them Project and Keep Showing Up.
